Garden table

With summer upon us and with the need for a garden table. I decided to make one.

These will do nicely

 

Some cast iron legs that I saved from a job several years ago. 

Also brought in a rather large pallet so enough bits to make a garden table 

 

Started of with frame to mount the planks on

 

And added a few supports to take the legs and also to for the planks to attached to/

 

So next thing was to round a few to those edges that are likely to catch on something.

 

And and the wood slats 

Have now sanded down all of the planks for the top

Frame has been sanded down and the screw holes have been filled and have just given it it first coat of garden paint
