Beverley Craven perform and at the same time give an interview to broadcaster David Freeman. She talked about her life and music and performed some of her works for us the audience.
Craven rose to fame in the early 1990s with her eponymous first album and the hit single Promise Me. She followed up with a string of hits including Memories Holding On Woman To Woman and Love Scenes. In 1992 she received a Brit Award for best British newcomer and was also nominated for best British single and album of the year. Her records have sold four million copies. After a lengthy break to raise a family.
She was also signing her autobiography "Truth Be Told" a frank account of her time in the music business of raising a family and of her successful battle with breast cancer.
At the end of the interview she took requests for two song's.
